Ulduar 10 - no loot from Hodir

I was in Ulduar this morning and we pushed a bit further with alts after getting the raid quest done for our main toons.

We get to Hodir, beat his hardmode (a few party members got achievement credit) but then both of the caches shattered. We got no loot but did all get our two emblems.

I opened a ticket when it happened but saw that a lot of petitions are being processed so thought I'd ask here. Is giving us whatever loot was in the caches something that the GMs can help with? If not I may as well just abandon it and save everybody a bit of hassle.
