As Shandiee has mentioned, it can take up to 72 hours for an online upgrade to fully process, Uuros. During this processing phase the account will continue to encounter certain trial limitations; however, your characters should be able to continue beyond level 20. All remaining trial restrictions will be lifted once the upgrade has successfully completed processing.
