My account still says trial.

I recently paid for a subscription for my account using the email that I'm logged into now but when I tried to trade another player while playing this account it said that I was still a trial member.

How do I get this fixed? Thanks!

Edit : Actually, I think my account subscription just isn't 72 hours old yet - nevermind thanks again!

In these cases, the transactions to upgrade from a trial to full version have not completed, so trial restrictions are still in place. It can take up to 72 hours for the processing of an Electronic Upgrade but once it finishes you will gain full access to game functionality.

The leveling cap is removed right away however, so you can continue leveling up your characters and get going through the game world. Once your upgrade completes you will get a confirmation e-mail to let you know and being able to trade or use the mail system will also be a good sign that all is well :)
