Yes, we managed to buy tickets to the opening Midnight show for the IMAX in 3D and make it to the theatre by midnight.
The movie was amazing and I plan to see it at least 2 more times. :D

Absolutely. I am usually a little weary of 3D effects because I do not like feeling like I have to dodge a bunch of stuff that the actors are throwing at me while I'm watching a movie. The 3D in this one seems to only accentuate the environment, not distract from it.
