The Cenarion Expedition mount and the new Engineering mount are two separate things that we are planning to add in patch 2.3.

I hope you dont have to earn CE rep just to get the engineering recipe mount cause how in the hell would that suffice? Their nature lovers not bomb technicians and inventors.
The Flying Machine design should be ready and waiting on an Engineering trainer for anybody who wants to put it all together.

The 2000g cost is not a typo and intentional. Every time you see one you'll know the dedication and enjoyment the player has for their new mount.
