Scam Email?

I am unsure if this email is a scam or not (I think it is).... I also don't know where I would post something of this nature as I am a forum newb.

The contents of the email is from <blizzard@blizzard.com>

made to your World of Warcraft account. Your password has recently been modified through the Password Recovery website.

This is definitely a phishing (scam) e-mail as the website you're being directed to is not a Blizzard website. Please refrain from clicking on the link, and send this e-mail to hacks@blizzard.com at your earliest convenience.
