Faction change question

All of the options available to you for changing your race (limited by class) and appearance will be available to you once the faction change is complete and you get to the character selection screen. One more thing, I'm still able to login and thought that during the process you were not allowed to log in.....
It's best that you do not log into the character being changed until you receive confirmation that it's been completed. This could delay the process.
