Quel'delar owners able to ninja hilt?

As the title says, why are current holders of the Quel'delar allowed to roll need on the battered hilt? Just got in my Pit of Saron daily and the first hilt of my 3.3 career dropped... first 3 people roll in the 20's... I roll an 86... and a warrior sporting the Quel'delar and Edge of Agony rolls 100.


I instantly ask him if he is aware he cannot do the quest twice, and he says yes, "im going to sell it".


Why is this possible?



(in advance - blues/greens please do not send your apologies, not interested) - Im not longer upset but I would much rather you take my posting privileges or even better address this problem than apologize to me. Hopefully we can find some solutions that will be beneficial for the long run.

Why are we promoting get rich quick schemes that hurt other players? Should it be ok to simply hit "need" for everything because I "need" more money?


The current LFG looting system is spiraling the already prominent "ninja" problem world of warcraft has been victim of out of control. Please feel free to discuss ninja looters, LFG loot changes, and hilt looting rules that should be added in this thread.
