Faction change pending (wont let me log in)

I requested a charater faction change 20 hours ago. It is still pending (thats fine).

But.......................

I keep getting this messege when I try to log into the charater with the faction change pending
*You cannot in until the charater update process you recently initiated is complete*

Why cant I even log in?

Kinda lame how i have been waiting and now i cant even play the game

We are currently investigating the delays you are referencing in the Faction Change process, ÃŸully. Unfortunately, however, I do not have an ETA to provide at this time; however, we hope to see these transactions process as quickly as possible.

Canceling should allow you to access the character once more, but re-submitting the faction change request may cause your character to be locked once more. You're welcome to try canceling and resubmitting as it has worked for a few cases, but canceling until the issue has been resolved is always another alternative.
