We can do it in ToC, why not here? I understand the lore whatever, but after you get the achievement there should really be an option to bypass the entire arthas/uther conversation and just get down to business.

I swear I get this place at least twice a day in the RDF and am tired of watching Arthas prance around killing citizens etc.

We agree, but unfortunately with the current tech/flagging that exists in regards to this -- it's just not possible for the game to recognize this sort of thing and allow for a bypass. It's always a possibility for the future though.
