Little backdrop for this... It was brought to my guilds attn. that a guildie ninja'd some BoE gear out of BoT trash runs Friday night. It turns out that this guildie happened to be my son. I confronted him about the accusations and he confessed. He was kicked from the guild, we had a heart to heart on playing the game the right way and with integrity. I sent an email to 6 toons that were in the raid with him, something like this -

"Hello, It has been brought to my attn. that you were in a trash run the other night and a guildie ninja'd some gear. It turns out this guildie is my real life son, he has been kicked from the guild and read the riot act on the proper way to play this game. I apologize for his actions and thank you for your time and patience. Please pst in game to discuss further."

I have since talked to a couple of the players and have paid out a few thousand gold to pay for their time, repair bill and just the bad experience.

This morning I log on to my account and had been hacked. (10) toons on this server. All of them had been pillaged and to top it off the only (2) toons that my son plays on this server were deleted. Coincidence or are they sending a message for my son's gameplay?

Couple questions come to mind. If this is a targeted hack, how can these guys be this good? And if Blizzard can retrieve all gear and reset everything to the way it was, why can the hackers not be tracked and caught?
If coincidence, sure proves that Karma is a .......
