I bought mats and got an alch to do a Shadowspirit Transmute for me. He does the transmute then decides to trade back only 1 diamond, when the xmute yields 2. I told him to give both and he said it wasn't part of the arrangement and that i should take 1 or open a ticket... I gave him no tip, but he get's a sweet little profit..To clarify this transmutes into 2 gems and he was suppose to get 2 gems out of it, unless he specifically stated otherwise.

The proc everyone is talking about, is if you Specialize in transmutation and then it may yield 1 or more extra.
In this case, I see that the issue was resolved, the player did mail you the Item back with an apology.
