LFG is Awesome but WTF is up with...

So I have not been able to join in on the lustful world of this new 3.3 patch yet because geeksquad has UPS ship my newly fixed laptop back to me and since the midwest got slammed with back to back blizzards, I have been away from wow for 2.5 weeks. I'm not addicted to wow, but damn it I want in on this kool stuff.

On the other hand, My friend who is one of the new tanks in my guild, he has had nothing but crap luck when tanking with the LFG.
Apparently people need to learn their classes still at level 80. I mean come on!!!!!!!!
Seriously, How do paladin healers fail at tank healing? It doesn't make sense. Do people on other servers just screw around? I told him today that he has had horrible luck with paladin healers because from my experience with them on our server ELUNE, paladin healers rock out the ass with one exception of a cocky paladin healer I had in a 10 man VoA.

So the question(s) is:

Why are so many people failing at their roles now? Do they not care because they will almost never see these people again? I just don't understand!!!!

First off, I hope you get your laptop back soon.

Now then, on to business. In the groups that I've personally experienced, via the random dungeon selector, it's been something of a mixed bag. While playing as a tank, I've noticed that there is a large group of players who have chosen talent trees that are selected more quickly, but are not necessarily their normal style of play. That being the case, they are simply rusty using skills they are unfamiliar with. I, myself, tank when I am used to dps'ing.
