Ashen Verdict Rep Ring Quest - Not Working

I'm friendly with Ashen Verdict, and I go to do the quest for the ring, and on the reward screen, Complete Quest is available to click, but under Choose Your Reward none of the rings are clickable and a tooltip doesn't come up when I mouse over them. They appear to be clickable, but act like a normal picture with no interaction available.

This sounds like a pretty classic UI issue, which is why reset worked.

While reload UI can bandaid an issue like this ingame, if this has happened you probably want to do a full reset UI, the full version. Delete/rename or move your WTF, cache and interface folders, reboot.

Make sure any addons you are still using are totally up to date.

The insidious issue with an addon issue is that it quite often manifests in NOT being able to see things. Very hard to know there even is an issue unless someone else sees something you do not. At the first hint of anything amiss like this - I'd recommend a full reset just to be on the safe side.
