When do they reset this timer with the dailys or with the instance locks. Or did you take out the frost rewards per day and I missed the announcement.

Badges of Triumph is the reward for a random regular dungeon and the Badges of Frost would be the reward for a random heroic.
Did you select the appropriate dungeon type, Kayrus?

If it is not available to you, Kayrus, I'm afraid you may be unable to complete it today.
You may want to post in our Bug Report forum so our Quality Assurance Team can investigate this issue. Unfortunately the In-Game Support staff is unable to reset this quest.
