Thank you, Malakii, this issue is being looked into.

Please do not bump your thread, especially after only 2 minutes.

WELL FIX THE ISSUE OR GIVE US SOMETHING USEFUL! Its the only server offline and telling us that its being looked into is not too helpful.

If I had information on the issue I would provide it, Magicrhino. I can only pass on information that is provided to me as it is our Technicians, which I am not one of, are working on this issue and will bring the realm back online as quickly as possible.

Thanks. I'm sure you're having quite an evening tonight Vrak :-)

The introduction of new features is always interesting. :)

It looks like people are able to log in again. Our technicians will continue to look into the cause of these issues though. Please let me know if the realm experiences further disconnections.

It may crash again, so can you do the folks at crushridge a favor and keep an eye on us, incase the server crashes again?

Of course, Bubble, our Realm Technicians continue to monitor all realms. They usually know there is an issue and are looking into it before I can tell them. :)
Q u o t e:

Vrak, I have an issue stemming from the most recent server outage. I'm sure I'm not the only one, and if I should take a different avenue, please let me know.

I finished my very first Random Heroic just as the hard lag (and eventual D/C) began. We downed Ingvar, I saw the splash graphic for completing the dungeon, but I do not see any Emblems of Frost in my currency tab. Additionally, when I pull up the Dungeon Finder, I can still see the Random Dungeon "quest" offering the Frost reward.

I may end up just trying to run another (fingers crossed since we're back up now), but was curious if there was anything you could tell from your side. It was on this character.

Cheers,
Ak

If you still have the option for the Random Dungeon "Quest" offering it sounds like when the instance went down unexpectedly it lost a little data, essentially not recording your kill and completion of the quest requirements.

In such cases you'd need to run the instance again. Sorry, Ak.

Folks, please. We understand the level of frustration that some of these issues have caused and we are working to correct those issues as quickly as possible.

You of course are always welcome to do what you will with your money but we don't advocate "shut up or go somewhere else". The others are correct though that this is not the complaints forum. These forums are moderated by members of the In-Game Support staff which means that your feedback is not being directed appropriately.

If you wish to share your feedback regarding an aspect of the game it is best posted in the Suggestion forum. It is there that our Community Managers, Development teams and policy makers review player feedback. Though they are unable to reply to any of the posts directly I can assure you that all civil and constructive posts are appropriately reviewed and considered.
