After I woke up and changed my account password, and input a ticket ingame to ask for my items and those of our guild bank restored, I logged off my account and was logging back in to check that my new password was in effect. When I did so, it told me that an authenticator code was required to log onto my account. I can no longer access my ingame account or my account management, only my forum account.
I know of the authenticators that are available for accounts to increase security, but as Im not rich in the first place Ive never bought one for my account in the 5 years Ive played WoW. Id like to have blizzard address this issue and remove it from my account, as I can provide any information they need, from the IP address physical locations of where my account has been used in the last 5 years, the passwords its used, my "secret answers", guilds, ect, and have the battle.net email this account is attached to, but Id like this addressed soon as Im the raid leader for my guild and need to have everything back in order by monday for our next raid night.
Thanks for any help you can give me in getting this issue addressed.
