Halls of Reflection crashed now stuck

My group was about to do the 2 knights at HoR suddenly the instance crashed. Since that time i cant log back in to my charac and when i log in to my other alts it says i am still in the instance. Any help can be given to help here it has been half and hour.

Please Advice
