Faction Change - Selected Wrong Race

Hello,

I recently paid for a Faction Change to switch my character from Horde to Alliance. Unfortunately, despite the pop-up warning I accidentally selected the wrong race when finalizing my Faction Change. I am posting here with the hope that I can somehow have my service reset instead of paying for a separate Race Change, as the extra cost is not insignificant to me with my current job.

Thanks to Blizzard in advance for any assistance; I would appreciate even an unfortunate word to let me know that I will just have to wait and pay for the separate service.

As Mìst has suggested, it would probably be best to contact our Billing and Account Services department as soon as possible regarding this issue, Agreas. Additionally, I suggest that you refrain from using that character until you have been able to discuss the issue with a Billing representative.
