Faction Change - Selected Wrong Race

Hello,

I recently paid for a Faction Change to switch my character from Horde to Alliance. Unfortunately, despite the pop-up warning I accidentally selected the wrong race when finalizing my Faction Change. I am posting here with the hope that I can somehow have my service reset instead of paying for a separate Race Change, as the extra cost is not insignificant to me with my current job.

Thanks to Blizzard in advance for any assistance; I would appreciate even an unfortunate word to let me know that I will just have to wait and pay for the separate service.

As MÃ¬st has suggested, it would probably be best to contact our Billing and Account Services department as soon as possible regarding this issue, Agreas. Additionally, I suggest that you refrain from using that character until you have been able to discuss the issue with a Billing representative.
