Pandaren pet gift on Blizzard Store?

Two questions:

1. I want to give a Pandaren Monk Pet as a gift, and the store says I can specify it as such and provide an e-mail address for the code to be sent to, but I get all the way up to the final confirmation, and it doesn't give me the opportunity to give the recipient address. Is this broken, or do I have to go to the actual receipt page?

2. Can a date be specified as to when I want the code sent to the gift recipient?

You should be prompted to provide an email address for the pet code to be sent to after your order has been successfully placed. At this time we do not offer the ability to set a date for the code to be emailed out, but you are welcome to have the code sent to your email address, and then forward the email you receive to someone else at a later time.
