This is definitely something best addressed with a member of our Billing Department, Elfeater. They'll gladly help add this payment method to the account if at all possible. I suggest having your friend send them an e-mail (
[email protected]) notifying them of this issue and the fact that he is unable to make a call at this time. They may be able to provide another option that your friend might find more fitting.
