Dying during Halls of reflection gauntlet

I was running Halls of Reflection just a few minutes ago and I died just before the group found the "dead end" the gauntlet finished everyone got credit for the quest and completing the instance but me. I was able to roll on loot but that is it. I didnt get my bonus badge and gold for my first random heroic... I also didnt get quest credit :( Any help on this would be awesome.

That may be working as intended, Burleydude. The requirement for the achievement, which I assume may also be a requirement for "completing the dungeon", is: Survive the encounter with the Lich King.

If you died before you had successfully run the gauntlet you may not have been granted completion credit. Though it sounds like the Chest on Orgrim's Hammer did recognize that you qualified to roll on items.

Feel free to submit a petition though, the matter will be looked into and if they are able to grant you the Emblem they will do so.

I just reread the quest and it says nothing about "surviving" it says however to escape the lich king...

If you died during that gauntlet, Burleydude, one could argue that you didn't escape the Lich King but succumbed to him. :)
