Stuck in Dungeon

We were running Halls of Reflection and were on the first boss when game froze. We could still talk in chat though. Just couldnt do anything else. After reboot we are all stuck on loading screen. Any help?

We are currently experiencing server/instance stability issues with specific realms overloading to support the amount of players logging in at once. We have dispatched a tech crew to try our very best in getting all realms up and stable for our World of Warcraft community. Please try back every half hour to see if the issue has been remedied.

I appreciate your patience as I can imagine your frustration during this time but I can guarantee you we our doing our very best to get our players into the servers to experience the brand new patch content to its fullest.
