Missing corehound pet.

I recently attached an authenticator to my account (via mobile app) and received a letter in the mail that was to give me the pet. However, no pet was attached. Is there any way Blizzard could send me a new one, or should I just remove and re-activate my accounts authenticator?

Also, I managed to get this pet with my alts, it just wasn't in the letter with this character.

I have attempted to refresh the authenticator on your account, Halthak. You may wish to log out for a bit and log back in to see if the mail arrives again for you. Please try checking in a less populated place as latency in your vicinity when attempting to check your mail could cause the item not to appear right away. If you do not receive the mail again you can place a petition with our Game Master staff to report the issue.

They can verify if you have an authenticator on your account and attempt to help you with claiming your adorable, cute (and cuddly!) core hound pup. :)
