ICC 4th boss bugged & no GM response

My guild is not getting GM help and I can't even get to talk to GM after waiting for 4 days!

Wednesday we cleared out all 4 bosses in ICC, but last boss bugged after getting killed and never unlocked chest.

We submitted GM petitions explaining situation, asking for our loot.

Friday - my ticket was closed with "thank you for letting us know of this problem" generic spam. Some players were told "GM is already talking to someone from your guild", but that was a lie since all of us ether get generic "thank you" spam or "already talking".

As a GM and raid leader I am still trying to get this resolved but not getting anywhere after sitting DAYS on GM ticket follow-up.

It looks as if we have sent Sozay an e-mail on 12/11 containing a list of the items available for loot and have requested that he respond with distribution information. Due to the unique circumstances surrounding Sozay's unavailability, I've forwarded this information on for further review. While I do not have any additional information immediately, I'll do my best to let you know of any developments.
