I want to downgrade to BC

I have 2 accounts, both of which have my last name attached to them:

Account 1 - Has Wrath of the Lich King installed, has 1 80 character (shaman), no Death Knights, 1 71 rogue, 2 70's.

Account 2 - Has Vanilla WoW with 1 60 on it.

Can I upgrade account 2 to Burning Crusade, downgrade account 1 to Burning Crusade, Transfer a 70 from account 1 to account 2 and then upgrade account 1 to wrath of the lich king again?
