Ive noticed that the BC daily, flying out to intercept the reinforcements, and throwing the fire at the sails is having the same issue, it seems that the game doesnt recognize the targets that are intended for the quests :(
Aye, we are getting reports that this particular quest type is having issues.
Adding this thread to our information for our QA folks, if ya'll come across any other details, please do add them.
