I think you're also missing a point, we can't get "Back In" because we were never in, the users have basically discovered that we cannot connect to the instance servers, we are just wondering if you can give us a time frame on when the problem will be fixed or not.

I myself work in a customer service position and understand how frustrating it can be dealing with upset customers, however i work face to face with customers and your merely have to respond via a forums. I know that i should be doing whats in my power to make a customer feel like i am concerned with their situation. You however have displayed nothing but carelessness for our situation to the point where you arent even fully reading what our problem is.
Your superiors will be getting an email and possibly even a phone call from me.

Please, any other blues reading this thread, please please please just reset the instance servers for the Cyclone battlegroup! If it doesn't work, it's not like thousands of people will be inconvenienced due to the reset. It can only help the troubleshooting process. If it really is something more than just an instance server reset, please inform us?
