Instance Servers DOWN (Not Stuck)

Well, there are restarts coming :)

What exactly is happening - what message if any are you getting?

Ok, for those getting that particular message - do you have the little LFG eyeball icon on your minimap?

If so, do you have the option through it to return to the dungeon?

It may take several times, but if you have that option please see if that will get you back in.

May I ask how many times you tried? It may take several.....at the moment.

It is working for some players.

Don't shoot the messenger guys, I'm simply trying to provide what small tips I can that may help and pass messages along on parts that still need addressed.

If you got queued even once but knocked back out - technically you did as far as the system knows.

If you have that icon and option, the system thinks you are in a group.

I myself work in a customer service position and understand how frustrating it can be dealing with upset customers, however i work face to face with customers and your merely have to respond via a forums. I know that i should be doing whats in my power to make a customer feel like i am concerned with their situation. BTW, this is a mixed issue in here. We are very aware some realms and battlegroups are having different issues.

The suggestion I made earlier still holds for the majority. If it's not working that would be because the issue is a different one and our techs are aware and working on the situation.

Have you merged to a Battle.net account Coop?

If not, you need to do that first. You cannot log straight into your old WoW pass/ID anymore, you use your new Battle.net info.

http://us.battle.net That should get you started if you need to create a Battle.net account.

Please, any other blues reading this thread, please please please just reset the instance servers for the Cyclone battlegroup! If it doesn't work, it's not like thousands of people will be inconvenienced due to the reset. It can only help the troubleshooting process. If it really is something more than just an instance server reset, please inform us?

They know about Cyclone, Soulfròst.

I am terribly sorry, there really isn't anything we can do from here to speed up that process, the techs are on it.
