Fell off Gunship in ICC25 - No loot! Help!

Tonight my guild was clearing ICC25 up to Deathbringer. When the enemy ship in the Gunship Battle was around 25%, I mis-clicked my rocket pack landing space due to a spike in my FPS and ended up clicking the side of the boat.

I understand this a mistake (though maybe unavoidable), and I should take the repair bill cost - but it seems that I was not eligible for loot. A perfect pair of ilevel 264 bracers dropped, and my guild agreed to loot them to me. Unfortunately I was not able to receive them.

They were looted to an officer "Setheus", and he couldn't even trade them to me. He said he will hold them in his bags until the situation is solved. These bracers are a huge upgrade for me, and it would be terrible if I could not get them (not to mention my 3 frost badges) because of a simple mis-click which resulted from a fps drop.

This occured on December 15th, 2009 - around 7:00pm server time.

I tried to put in a ticket in-game, but I felt the GM may not understand the situation with such limited space to write it. Please help if at all possible.

Edit: the bracers in question are [Polar Bear Claw Bracers].

Not to sound unsympathetic to the situation, Nexual, but it would not really matter what caused you to mis-click it would only matter if you qualified for the loot.

We have particular parameters and you will either qualify or not. We are unable to award loot based on "what ifs".

That said, I suggest two petitions be made regarding this matter. The first from you, stating briefly that you fell during the battle and were unable to receive any Emblems or loot. You should also mention that Setheus has the bracers (include the name of the item) and has submitted a petition.

Setheus should submit a petition stating that the item (again make sure to include the name of it) was not able to be looted to you and that he'd like to have it passed to you.

In both cases your petitions will likely be escalated and if we find that you qualify we should be able to help.
