I have been getting disconnected ever since the recent patch and now i cant log on, and it keeps saying that i need to enter a 6 digit code and i nvr had this authenticator code thing plz help

As the others have stated, Swiggly, it sounds like your account has been compromised and someone applied an authenticator to it to prevent you from logging in.

If no other information on your account has been changed and you still have access to the e-mail address registered to your account you may be able to reset your password. Though that will not detach the authenticator it should prevent others from logging in.

In order to remove the Authenticator from the account though you'll need to contact our Billing and Account Services department. They are aware of this tactic and should be able to help you regain access.

You can call 1 (800) 592 5499 (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) 8AM-8PM (PST) for live representation.

Australian users should please call 1-800-041-378 if the standard 800 line does not work.

You'll also want to check your system for possible keyloggers or other malicious programs.

Once you have regained access to your account log in and check your characters. Report any damage you find via an in-game petition and our staff will investigate the matter and do what they can to repair any damage caused.
