Core hound pup missing

This toon got the mail for the core hound pup but there was no hound in it. all my other characters to the pet. Anyone someone at blizzard could remail it. i'm failry close to the 75 pet achievment and this would help.

If you deleted the email, please place a petition in asking for a replacement.

If you did not delete the email, please check it again, he should be there. It can sometimes take a little time for the attachments to actually show up.

Yes, she has an authenticator. I got my pup on all my toons, and we got our authenticators at the same time.

She didn't receive the email at all?

There are two different issues here for most folks. One is the mail without the pet being visible - that's just a little latency, and it will come through if you don't delete the mail. The other is not receiving the email at all.

No deadline, Alvraen. This will be a feature, and indeed a way to prove at any given time your account is protected.

Yup, what I thought I'd see.

She has a non-US Battle.net account. That's not really an issue, but it is what is causing this. We are currently looking into this particular issue across the board.

I've only seen one case so far when the email just wasn't received where this wasn't the case.

One thing she can try is changing her password. It's not working 100%, but many are reporting that's kicking the email into gear to generate.

In the meantime, we are continuing to investigate why these particular accounts did not receive their emails.

Yes, we are looking into this to try to get them to everyone in this situation.

The password change suggestion was made to get the pet to her a bit more quickly, presuming it worked in her case.
