Stuck in the Pit of saron

My toon has been stuck in here for about 30 mins, i loged on to an alt and it shows me online as my main at the same time, i cant get on my main and it really sucks, get a loading bar that will go to full and the loading screen just sists there

We are currently experiencing server/instance stability issues with specific realms overloading to support the amount of players logging in at once. We have dispatched a tech crew to try our very best in getting all realms up and stable for our World of Warcraft community. Please try back every half hour to see if the issue has been remedied.

I appreciate your patience with this matter. I can imagine your frustration during this time, but I guarantee we our doing our very best to ensure everyone gets to enjoy the new content.
