Sexist Guild on my server

appearently you cannot join <No Chicks Allowed> if you dont have a Y chromosome. And ive heard other stories were females had intiltrated the guild to raid with them, and gkicked them after they found out they werent male. So what if my GF and I wanted to join this guild and my GF cant because she lacks the Y chromosome. Seriously why should guilds on world of warcraft be able to make such a rule that bars other groups of people from joining especcially in which gender is a protected parameter according to Blizzards terms, and US law.

This certainly begs the questions:

1. Doesnt the Blizzard terms of agreement protect against sexism? Even in guilds?

2. Can someone legitimately sue this "group/guild" for being sexist(depending on the state)

3. What would happen if you had no Y chromosome yet you were not female, or even dont have a gender? EG: XO, etc.

4. What kind of reprocussions can Blizzard force this guild to do after they have been classified as either: not following the Blizzard terms, state/national laws, etc

Q u o t e:
Just stating facts that girls, blacks, gays, and whatever are frowned upon from blizz and the peepps that play the game. And Blizzard rd condons it. I guess i should be baned for telling the truth.

That is simply one of the most asinine things I have heard in a very long time. Considering the number of posts that I read a day, that is saying something.

I'm sorry, Moria, but your behavior in this thread and your penchant for spread defamatory and completely false information regarding this issue has left me little choice.

We do not, as a company discriminate but neither can we force people to group with or guild with people. Samae, you are welcome to report any harassing or defamatory chat or behavior you come across. The simple fact is though that a Group Leader or Guild Leader may decide on who they accept or deny membership to for whatever reason they wish.

As this thread does not seem to be leading down any positive paths I will be locking it. Thank you all for your contributions.
