I have had an in game ticket that has been open since SUNDAY DECEMBER 13TH and it STILL hasnt been answered. A guildie of mine was hacked the night of saturday december 12th. He has written emails and i have opened tickets on all of my toons and have yet to get a response. I dont know what else to do. I'd also like to point out that he was hacked from logging into wowarmory and that more people have been hacked SINCE the battle net accounts were forced into place. Its also odd that WoW says that they will NEVER ask for any passwords but i had to login in order to post here. ANY type of CONSTRUCTIVE response would be appreciated. Is anyone else having this problem of extremely delayed GM response?

The number of petitions you have put in from alternate characters, Traviesa, does not reduce the response time. In fact it adds to the queue and may delay our ability to respond.

Please close down your other petitions and leave only the petition that you have submitted from this character. Though we will be unable to discuss any issues surrounding your friend's account we will can forward the information on the Guild Bank.

No, Traviesa, he was not. If any information was gained from logging into a site it was to a spoof Armory.

and that more people have been hacked SINCE the battle net accounts were forced into place.

Also completely false. If you do not have access to facts, Traviesa, please do not speculate. False statements, like the ones you just made, tend to multiply.

Do you really think that odd, Traviesa? That we require you to log into your account in order to post? By that logic do you also think it odd that you must type in your Account Name and Password when you log into the game?

Q u o t e:
the fact that they say they're NEVER going to ask and that my friend was hacked from logging into THEIR armory site is why its strange

As stated, if he was compromised because he entered his log in information while accessing the armory then it is likely that he did not actually connect to our Armory but to a fake one. It should be noted that the only time you would need to enter your log in information while accessing the Armory is when you are accessing the Calendar, Guild Bank Contents or Bank Log.
