Not going to ask for character names due to you probably not being able to be too specific, or wanting to be (nagging kids asking for epics). I was just curious if you guys actually play the game, and if so which server?.

Do you play the game at a hardcore level?

Can you do your GM duties while your playing the game (i realize the ticket program isn't run through wow?)

Do you work at a blizzard location, or do you attend to tickets from home?

Just wondering.. :)

Yes, and I play on multiple realms (with characters of both factions). Which realms specifically, though, will remain a mystery. ;)

Yes, but not always. Time management is important, and more dedicated raiding schedules are not always feasible. C'est la vie, no?

Absolutely not. That would present a clear conflict of interest. =/

Our normal play accounts are completely separate from those we use to assist our players. In fact, we are not even allowed to access our play accounts while on-the-clock (nor handle petitions from characters on realms on which we play). This keeps the line very clear and ensures that no unfair advantages are given at any time.

Ah, yes. And this is where the usually bubble bursts. No jammies-dress code here. :)

All Game Masters work from one of our offices across the globe (Irvine, CA and Austin, TX in the US; Cork, Ireland and Velizy, France across the pond; and Seoul, Korea and Shanghai, China, and Taipei, Taiwan). Our positions demand that we commute to a local office and not work from home.
