Can't Ignore and Tickets in the way

So like most ppl i have talked to cant ignore anyone anymore. It says Cant ignore anymore players or something like that. But ummm my list is empty. Normally when someones being annoying i just ignore them for a few hours and take them off but now i cant even do that. Im having to use report spam because I have an unhappy alcholic ex guildie thats harassing me non stop. At least that blocks them for a little while. I have tried to open a ticket but the ticket thing opens and it seems fine, but once is zone somewhere it covers all the spells on me, so i cant see how long somethings got on it or click something off without closing the ticket. I have asked all my guildies and they are having the same problems.

Have you tried resetting your UI? It sounds like something has corrupted or there is a conflict.

There is a known issue on this at the moment, but I'd definitely give reset UI a try as well.

To do a full reset UI, you will want to save your addons in another spot if you wish to preserve them.

Then rename/delete or move your WTF, Cache and Interface folders while WoW is shutdown. Reboot your system.

Note, if you are running Vista make sure your permissions are set so it does not undo your changes.

Aye, it may not - and this is being looked into, but I would still recommend that as a good first troubleshooting step for anything really odd after a patch :)
