No Satchel of Helpful Goods

I did several instance runs yesterday, and got the appropriate satchels of helpful goods, usually after the first or 2nd boss of a classic instance.

Today, I've done 3 runs, and no satchels. Did the first 4 bosses of DM East, cleared DM East, and did a bunch of BRD (including the Interregator, which is where the satchel appeared yesterday). What gives? Should I file an in-game petition?

This is definitely an issue of which we are aware and working to address as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we will be happy to restore Satchels if we can verify that one should have been received by your character. :)
