Paid Name Change: An error has occured!

I keep getting this and an orc peon after I enter my credit card information and confirm by typing 'I Agree'. Also whenever I do this and then try again, I then get a message that the name is taken and it takes quite a while before that name becomes available again.

Is there a limit to the number of paid services that can be completed on an account in a certain time period? I"ve had a couple of name changes and a couple of race changes in the past month I think. Not sure if I'm hitting some type of limit.

Have you tried using a different browser, Ooloo?

What about clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and temporary Internet files?

Give these things a shot and let me know the results.
