Account hacked Status?

Hello i kno you guyz are verry bussy, and i relise the wait process is probably the toughest part to endure during this situation ( at least imo it is cause im feeling it right now especialy with new content i cant do cause...well im naked)

But i was just wondering if i could get some reasurance from a blue, on if im getting looked into, and estimate time frame ( just make somthing up to make me feel better :( ) , anything would be great information to me.

I have already purchased an autenticator that should be arriving soon, so this will never happen again. Also ive taken the precausions with virus scans maleware/spyware ect.

In the event that you have not seen my other two posts, Røxas, our restoration queue is at approximately a week and a half. I have also checked on your status, and while I am not going to be able to narrow down how much longer you may have, I can tell you that I do see your own issue in queue awaiting further review. Our Character Specialist team will do everything they can to get your account back to its former glory, but it may take some time to do so.
