Realm Loading and Connection Issues: Thrall

Update, 10:28am PST: Thrall is now back online. For those of you presently logged in, please report any issues you experience during your game play within this thread: loading, zoning, accessing the mailbox or the Auction House, etc.

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen—

We're presently aware of issues affecting character loading for the realm Thrall, and that these issues seem to be most frequently occurring when zoning into a cross-realm dungeon. We're currently looking into these issues and hope them addressed as soon as possible. While we've no ETA at this time, should further updates become available, we will provide them herein.

Please try to keep your reports to this thread, and remember to remain civil and on-topic. Thank you. :)

The issue was already under investigation when I came into work, Miande (at 8am). There were no posts previously, as I had simply not yet arrived for the day. My apologies. :)
