Account hacked and authenticator put on

Hi my account has been hacked and all my gear is gone including my alts gear. My friend called me and said i had been in stormpeaks for 5 hours strait and i had not answered any whispers. I have been on hold on the phone for 3.5 hours and no luck i have emailed 3 times and no response. So basicly im screwed! And i can not get in game to ticket a GM. I changed my password but there is still a authenticator on my account. Anyone adivise me or help? If i blizzard person gets this it would be great. It lets me on fourms nothing else. Please help! i have checked my armoury and my gear is gone please help?

If you have access to your account's registered e-mail address, you can report the compromise by sending an e-mail to wowgm@blizzard.com, as this method works the same as submitting an in-game petition.

Shandiee is correct, contacting Billing directly for assistance with an authenticator on your account will go a long ways towards getting it removed.

It is also wise to look over the forum stickies she referenced as well. They cover a lot of ground on how to stay secure which can mean not having to deal with another person maliciously gaining access to your passwords. Compromise situations are never fun but with a little help from Billing and the Game Masters you will be able to get past this situation and back to being able to play :)
