Profession restore screwed something

So i got a profession restored last week by a gm and since then every time i try to invite someone in a group or try to start a group it says the person is ignoring me and it says the same thing about everyone,even people that i never met before,it says they are ignoring me. So after i put in a ticket and waited like 3 days for a reply blizz sent me an e-mail saying i should delete my WTF folder cause it could be something caused by an addon,i did this and still didn't solve anything.I didn't have any problems like this before in over 3 years of playing and this started happening right after the gm restored my profession.

I am an officer in this guild,i sometimes run and start a raids and it's pretty hard to do this when it says everyone is ignoring me every time i try to invite people so please gimme some help here.
