Do Triumph Badges Drop off Bosses in 3.3?

Yes, bosses in all Wrath of the Lich King Heroic dungeons will drop Emblems of Triumph.

Oh yea. Hey guys! Emblems of Triumph drop off all bosses in Wrath of the Lich King Heroic dungeons. In addition, if you choose the Random Heroic option in the Dungeon Finder for the first time in a day, you'll receive two Emblems of Frost for completing that dungeon. All subsequent Heroic dungeon completions that day using the same Random Heroic option will yield two additional Emblems of Triumph in addition to those which drop off of the bosses.
