Ok...i posted last Sunday for my brother who plays. He was hacked on Nov. 28, and finally got his stuff back.
Well, here we go again...he tried to log in this morning to find he had been hacked again!! This time they took everything!! Plus, he got suspended again for something he isn't doing.
He ordered an authenticator and is still waiting for it. Should he wipe his computer?? I didn't think you could get hacked twice in one week!

Thanks

It is imperative that your brother identifies the source of the compromise and remedies it before moving forward. Please have him verify the security of both his computer and registered e-mail address. For more information, he should read the following threads:

Well I finally talk to a GM last night, investiagation #2 on the way.

But with 3.3 today, Its gonna be longer than last? I don't want to waste another week. :(

Well, the investigation queue itself is a bit longer than this time last week, so yes - investigations are running a week-ish, give or take.

They are getting to everyone just as quickly as possible though. Your authenticator should keep this from ever happening again.

At the moment, compromise investigations are running a bit over a week.

That queue time can go up or down quite quickly, however - so that's just a rough estimate right now.
