No anniversary pet in mail

I just logged in for the first time now after many months, and I haven't received the Onyxia anniversary pet. I checked my mails on all chars on different realms, logged out and back in several times, created new characters, and still no pets in the mail.

It doesn't look like I missed the end of the anniversary period, since it's still early 12/6 and the anniversary ends at night. I'm back to WoW on a 7-day free game time that Blizz sent me via email, and the email said I could login before 12/7 to get the pet, and I found a blue post that says:
> Any character that logs into the game between now and Sunday, December 6 at 11:59 p.m.
> (realm time) will receive their very own Onyxian Whelpling non-combat pet

I did receive Mr. Chilly for merging my Battle.net account, and I got him on all chars when logging in today.

Please help!

You may log out for the evening if you wish, just leave the petition open and it will be addressed as soon as possible.

You'd need to submit an in-game petition, Wolvereene. Simply click on the red question mark in the lower right portion of your screen while you are in-game.

You'll then need to click on either "Talk to a GM" or "Report Issue" either method will work as long as you include the appropriate information. Then click "Open a Ticket".

In your petition you'll need to include the details of your request, such as on X character you did not receive the Onyxian Whelpling or the 5 year anniversary achievement. If you have multiple characters please left those as well in the petition.

Once you are finished click "Submit".

Petitions are answered in the order they have been received, you do not need to remain online to be assisted. You can play normally, switch to an alternate character or log out for the evening. As long as you do not close out your petition it will be addressed.
