It looks like you have already completed the quest line on this character, Klaes, you likely sold, traded or deleted the Mechanical Chicken reward. You can try submitting an in-game petition to request the item be restored but due to the Bind on Equip nature of the item I'm unable to guarantee that we'll be able to help.

I don't BELIEVE I've done any, but this character is almost five years old, and I've been grinding for the beacon in Hinterlands for a while now without any luck.
