GM hateful messages?????

i opened a ticket bout being booted from a voa 25 for low dps, i was doing 2k dps on koralon (died in fire but got a battle rez) so i talked to a gm and told him wat happened. but then he wrote "You're bad and don't belong in raids. You deserved what you got."
??????

I tried to whisper him again but i got the message "You do not have a ticket currently open with this gm".

why are gms mean?

I only see one account registered to the Battle.net account you are currently posting from, Brutali. None of the characters that I see are of level to join a VoA 25 man, could you give me the name and realm of the character you are referring to in your post?
