Latency Across multiple realms

Greetings all,

We wanted to let everyone know that our Realm Technicians are aware of the reported latency issues being experienced across several battlegroups.

They are looking into the cause and hope to have this issue addressed as quickly as possible. When we are provided additional information we will provide an update.

Please keep commentary civil, on topic and in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

Maintenance isn't for several more hours so any technical issues would likely not be caused by that.

Maintenance =/= patch. :) Which is why I said maintenance. :P

If the maintenance period has not started then the issue is likely not related to it.

The issues for the Ruin and Vindication Battlegroups seems to have been resolved.

Yes, all other reports are still being looked into and worked on. I was simply providing the update I had available for Ruin and Vindication.

From what I've been able to determine there is intermittent latency on many battlegroups at the moment. Last word I received was that our DBA's are looking into it.

Im getting lag issues on Darrowmere server. Primarily on the Eastern Kingdoms side.

That has to do specifically with Whirlwind, Stinkybeard, and may be related to the troubles the realm experienced previously. Our Realm Technicians are working on tracking down and resolving those issues.
