Warcraft or World of Warcraft? For Warcraft, it would have to be the Warcraft III intro. It still makes me sit and just watch it.

For World of Warcraft it's a close one between the Wrath of the Lich King cinematic and the Burning Crusade cinematic. I think the Wrath of the Lich King one still gives me chills on an emotional level and Burning Crusade is more of a "bam! pow!" sort of feeling.

But honestly, I love each and every one of them. It's always one of the most exciting parts (I feel) of starting a Blizzard game. It sets the tone from the start and you know you're in for a heck of a ride.
