I would encourage you to phone our Billing & Account Services department, Relmes, so that you and one of our Billing staff can talk about your account and payment details more candidly. We'll be happy to see what occurred and help you set up a subscription plan that's most convenient for you. :)

Good advice Syndri, except that I have better things to do then sit around forever waiting on your CS reps to become free. Unless of course, you feel an hour wait and hanging up frustrated without having talked to anyone acceptable CS.

Though I would love to assist you personally, Hawkmoon, I am simply not in a position to; for this, I do sincerely apologize. The Game Master department, of which I am a part, is unable to process billing issues of this nature.

Our Billing staff are the most appropriate and qualified individuals to examine your case and either assist immediately or initiate an investigation into why payment was not received. Our lines our typically a bit more busy right around 8am to 9am PST, with the volume of calls (and so the wait time you experience) dissipating after.

In the meantime, you can always email [email protected]. While you may inevitably need to phone in, perhaps opening up a dialogue via email would be more convenient for you right now.

Alright, folks. I just forwarded the information you've provided me on for further review and the matter is being investigated presently.

I will unable to assist you directly, though, or help you amend your selected payment types. For this, you will need to contact our Billing office. Lines are fairly busy at the moment, but our Billing representatives are working diligently to bring wait times down.

Quick update: We're making progress on this issue, but it is not yet fully resolved. Keep an eye on your payment status, however, as we're hoping things to start moving again shortly.

I'll provide another update once everything is settled. :)

Update #2: We're confirmed that many accounts which were previously affected by issue have had their PayPal payment process appropriately. If the status of your payment has not updated online (on the Payment Status page), go ahead and try to log into the game.

If you're still experiencing an issue, let me know so that I may inform our technicians. :)

My girlfriend is still having the issue (and can't post)....we tried an email, they're claiming the card couldn't be processed...the card we used fine for the past two months...the card we just used to buy coffee at Starbucks....

Did your girlfriend previously use PayPal to pay for her subscription, or is this a separate issue, Baldrath?

Mine just went through but I still can't log in? :(

This is after you completely closed and reopened the client, Jinchuuriki? (Just checking for surety.)

No, paypal's never been used on her account...I wasn't aware this was a paypal specific issue.

This specific thread is more or less dedicated to an isolated issue affecting PayPal payments (those subscriptions that we've seen experiencing a delayed pending payment have been by and large paid by PayPal). The issue you're describing, though, seems like it's related to Error 202.

Is that the message your girlfriend received when inputting her card, something along the lines of "Error 202"? Or is just that the card you normally use isn't processing today? (Just clarifying to make sure I'm on the same page.)

Looks like I'm updated my post while you were in the middle of typing yours. :)

May I ask how long the charge has remained pending? And if it is affecting her ability to log into the game?

Being unable to log into the forums while a charge is pending is normal, actually (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=9679802928&sid=1&pageNo=2#22). In terms of regaining forum privileges, it can sometimes take 24 to 48 hours. I'm more curious if this is also restricting her client login. I do apologize if you not this earlier and I simply missed it.
